I decided I want to hold a new contest. It's been a LONG time since I've done one, and I think it would be fun! For me and for you all! And we are gonna do a split-level contest. See the details below to understand...

[Favorite Scenes Contest -- Drawn]
*Pick and illustrate your favorite scene from any of the following of Rinja's TLK fanfics:

+PL: Forgotten Dynasty
+TLQ: Trials of the Heart
+TLK: Demon Within
+SP: Requiem
+PL: Chains of Darkness
OR
+Any Road to Ruin story
OR
+Any character bio story

*You may NOT use bases -- your entry must be all your own work, and no one else's. This includes BGs. You MAY collaborate, but please limit it to two people working together, and no more.
*Please do no just redraw a picture I did for the story. I want this to be your own take, not just a redoing of mine.
*Your entry will be judged on effort, not necessarily on artistic ability. So don't put yourself down and say you aren't good enough to win -- you very well could. I will select a preset number of finalists based on my own judging of the works and number of entries, and those finalists will be placed in a poll for everyone to vote on who they feel should win. if a tie occurs, I will select the winner.

[Favorite Scenes Contest -- Written]
*Pick your favorite scene from any of Rinja's fics on the list above, and write it from first person, focusing on the character of your choice's emotions and thoughts for that scene. So for example: you choose Zira in the scene where she attempts to kill Kopa and Nuka stops her. What is she thinking? What is she feeling? Is it pure rage? Betrayal? Sadness? Desperation? You decide, and you write it out!
*Entries MUST be your own work -- no collaborations.
*Entires MUST be in first-person. Third-person entries will be disregarded entirely.
*Entries will be judged on creativity as well as on how well you stay in character for the character you chose. Excessive grammatical and spelling errors will count against you, but minor ones will not. Please have a friend proof-read for you. Non-native English speakers will be given more leeway, but I still advise having a native-speaking friend (in RL, on DA, FB, etc) help you out.


**PRIZES! WHAT CAN YOU WIN??**

For each half of the contest (drawn and written segments), there will be a grand prize winner, and one runner-up (so 2 winners and 2 runners up total). You can enter both contests, or just one, and you can make as many entries as you want. So you could make three pictures, or two written entries, or one of each, or some other combination. Just have fun!
